We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, we make returns and exchanges straightforward – just like planning your next trail adventure.
Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Athletic Socks
- Bike Shorts
- Used Bike Components
- Opened Bike Tube Patch Kits
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

2Wait for Authorization
Our adventure-ready support team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special instructions for your specific items
3Ship Your Items
Package your items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
4Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information

- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
